Developed by Great Gulf Homes & Menkes Developments in 2008, One Sherway and One Sherway II is a prominent Toronto high-rise condo located in the Islington-City Centre West neighborhood near The Queensway & North Queen St. With 317 units spanning 33 levels, the suites range from 526 to 1159 sqft, offering diverse layouts and exposures.

DESCRIPTION

metroEV installed 90-unit infrastructure and 45 charging stations. This project was in collaboration with engineers from Cion Corp to execute the condo board's vision for their community.
