OVERVIEW

55 Prince Arthur is located in Toronto's popular Annex neighborhood. Built in 1986, this 11-storey mid-rise building features 63 condos. While the exterior has a traditional look with brown-brick walls, the inside is modern and sleek, resembling a hotel.

DESCRIPTION

metroEV installed 40-unit infrastructure and 6 EV charging stations. Given the age of the building, matching the existing electrical components was a slight challenge. However, the layout of the garage was favorable for an efficient installation and we installed "up and down" the 4 levels of parking rather than using long runs of conduits.

EV
Prince Arthur Condos

is reducing its Co2 emissions by 27 Metric Tons, equivalent to the carbon sequestered by
32 acres of forest in one year.*
